Montana Last Best Alums Council

The Montana Last Best Alums Council (LBAC) is the official Alumni group of Montana. The purpose of the LBAC is to advance and strengthen the core tenets of AmeriCorps service in Montana, providing a post-service voice for people who have served with AmeriCorps, via its various programs (NCCC, State/National, Seniors, VISTA).

2025 Service Alliance

Service Year Alums Awards

Celebrating alums for their impact during the service year and beyond! The awards will recognize alums who leveraged their service year to pursue meaningful careers and positively impact their communities. Awardees will receive a $1,000 cash award and will be recognized at a virtual awards ceremony this summer.

Applications are due by April 23, 2025

Grace, MT Campus Compact VISTA, 2020-2021

Serving as an AmeriCorps VISTA was an informative experience.  I learned more about myself and got to do some good for the college students of Montana.  Moving to a new place was hard, but I met some great people, and my supervisor was awesome.
